A WOMAN is in a critical condition in hospital after being in collision with a car in the early hours of today.Suffolk Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident in Denmark Road, Lowestoft, at about 2.50am.

Suffolk Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident in Denmark Road, Lowestoft, at about 2.50am.
Emergency services were called to the scene where they found that a green Honda Civic had been in collision with a woman pedestrian. She was taken to the James Paget Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries and is currently in a critical condition.
Anyone who was in the area of Denmark Road around 2.50am and may have witnessed the collision should contact Pc Mick Marlow at the Bury Roads Policing Unit on 01284 774100.
