A WOMAN has suffered leg injuries after an accident in Ipswich this morning.
The collision happened on Norwich Road, at the double roundabouts, near to the Inkerman pub.
Emergency services are currently at the scene, after receiving reports of the accident at around 10.45am.
Two cars, a silver Ford Fiesta and a white VW Polo, were involved.
A 41-year-old woman was treated at the scene by paramedics. A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said the woman is conscious and complaining of leg injuries.
She said the female casualty was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.
A Suffolk police spokesman said traffic is flowing freely along both Norwich Road and Valley Road as the cars have moved away from the roundabouts.
