A WOMAN has been taken to hospital with a suspected fractured leg after being involved in a collision with a mobility scooter in a Suffolk high street.
The accident happened opposite the Rutland Arms Hotel in the High Street in Newmarket at 3.53pm.
Paramedics took a woman in her 50s to West Suffolk Hospital with a leg injury.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance service said they believed she had suffered a fracture in her leg in the incident.
