A WOMAN, who is believed to be in her 80s, required medical treatment after suffering from possible back and leg injuries following a fall from her mobility scooter.
A WOMAN, who is believed to be in her 80s, required medical treatment after suffering from possible back and leg injuries following a fall from her mobility scooter.
The East of England Ambulance service was called to High Street in Newmarket shortly before 11am today after the woman had suffered injuries.
A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said: “A woman in her 80s had suffered back and leg injuries after she fell from her mobility scooter.”
Paramedics took the woman to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, where she was due to receive treatment for the injuries she sustained during the incident.
