A WOMAN has suffered injuries after a road accident in the Bury St Edmunds area this evening.
A WOMAN has suffered injuries after a road accident in the Bury St Edmunds area this evening.
The single vehicle crash happened at about 5.47pm outside the White Horse pub on Bury Road at Beyton.
Three fire crews, two from Bury St Edmunds and one from Elmswell attended the scene where one person was found to be trapped in a black Renault Clio.
Hydraulic cutting gear was used by fire fighters to release the woman and ambulance crews took her to hospital.
It is believed her injuries are not life threatening.
