Colchester Magistrates' Court
A woman has been charged with drink driving after police were contacted about a vehicle travelling southbound on the A12 from Colchester to Witham.
Louise Roberts, aged 32, of Circular Road East, Colchester, was arrested in Colemans Bridge, Witham, at 3.45pm in a black Audi TT.
She was later charged with drink driving and having no insurance and bailed to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on November 27.
