A WOMAN was left trapped in her car with serious injuries following a smash on the A11 this morning.
Police are advising motorists to avoid the A11 and the B1085 close to Red Lodge near Mildenhall, and the Freckenham Road junction with the slip road.
A police spokeswoman said fire fighters had to cut the woman free of her red Seat Cordoba following the incident, which happened shortly before 9am.
