Woman trapped in Ipswich two-car smash

A WOMAN had to be released from her car by firefighters today following a two-vehicle crash in Ipswich.A Volkswagen Polo and a Renault Clio were involved in the accident, in Nacton Road at 12.

A WOMAN had to be released from her car by firefighters today following a two-vehicle crash in Ipswich.

A Volkswagen Polo and a Renault Clio were involved in the accident, in Nacton Road at 12.50pm.

It is not thought the woman suffered serious injury.

Firefighters from the town spent about 30 minutes releasing her. Traffic in the area was delayed while the incident was dealt with.
