POLICE are appealing for information after two indecent exposure incidents in Ipswich parks on Saturday morning .

POLICE are appealing for information after two indecent exposure incidents in Ipswich parks on Saturday morning .

The first incident happened at around 9am in Alexandra Park, Grove Lane.

A 49-year-old woman was walking along a footpath towards Back Hamlet when she saw a naked man standing in the children's play area. She ignored him and continued walking but the man jogged alongside her before running in front and turning round. He then ran off.

The man is described as white, in his mid 30s-40s, of medium height with short cropped hair. He had a tattoo on his upper arm.

The second incident occurred in Landseer Park at around 9.35am.

A 60-year old woman was walking her dog in the park when saw a man looking at her. He disappeared before reappearing, leaning against a fence near the car park on Landseer Road.

He then took off his clothes - a grey tracksuit - indecently exposing himself before running off towards Landseer Road.

The man is described as white, in his mid 30s, with short or shaven hair.

Police need to trace the man and are asking anyone with information about either of the incidents to come forward.
