Police are appealing for the driver of a Ford car to come forward after failing to remain at the scene of a collision involving a motorcycle.

Police and Ambulance were called to the scene of the collision on the A12 at Woodbridge at the roundabout with the B1079 at approximately 5.15pm last night, Thursday, December 19.

The male rider of a Honda motorcycle had been in collision with a dark coloured Ford Fiesta. He was taken to Ipswich hospital as a precautionary measure.

The female driver of the Ford Fiesta stopped initially but police would like to speak to her or anyone else who witnessed the collision.
