A MAN was taken to Ipswich Hospital today after sustaining facial injuries in an assault in Woodbridge.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said paramedics were called to treat the man near to the Bull Hotel in New Street at 1.10am.
It is not believed the patient was seriously injured.
