RESCUERS were called to a yacht which had run aground off the shore of Shotley today.
The 23 foot sailing yacht Annabelle, which had one person on board, found itself in low water at around 2pm.
Holbrook coastguard and the Harwich RNLI lifeboat towed the yacht back to Shotley Marina at around 8.30pm after seeing it safely refloated on the evening tide.
