A 22-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after colliding with a car on the A12 at Melton.
Police were called to the carriageway near the junction with Woods Lane at 4.37pm.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokeswoman said the male driver of the Yamaha motorcycle was taken to hospital by ambulance with “minor injuries”.
The driver of the Vauxhall Corsa was not injured, the spokeswoman added.
