An exhibition explaining the planned maintenance on the M11 and the A120 will be open to the public on Tuesday, March 21.

Highways England will be delivering a series of schemes including installing digital messaging signs, resurfacing, drainage and embankment repairs on the M11 between junctions 6 (M25) and 12 (A603 – Cambridge), on the A120 near Stansted Airport, and on the A11 at the junction with the A1307.

Drivers, business owners and residents are invited to the exhibition at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Stansted Airport from 3pm-8pm, which will give them a chance to learn about the schemes.

Highways England project manager Christopher Eglinton said: “Safety is a top priority for Highways England, and this work we are doing along the M11 and nearby roads will improve both safety and journey quality for drivers.

“While we do our best to minimise disruption to drivers and communities while we are working, these works will have an impact on people. That is why we want to ensure everyone affected by these works has the opportunity to learn more about them, so I’d ask anyone with an interest to attend this event and speak to my colleagues and I about them.”
