NOTICE OF INTENDED WORKS - PIER 10, A14 ORWELL BRIDGE. Notice is hereby given that Kier Highways, on behalf of Highways England have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to install sacrificial galvanic anodes in order to stabilise accelerated low water corrosion of sheet piles at the base of Pier 10 of the A14 River Orwell bridge.
