Former Ipswich Town full-back Josh Emmanuel has joined League Two side Doncaster Rovers on a short-term deal.
The 27-year-old was a free agent after being released by Carlisle United at the end of last season, having joined the Cumbrians last November.
Emmanuel has been on trial with Rovers and reunites with Grant McCann, who was previously his manager at Hull City.

On signing for his new side, he said: “I’m really excited to get going and grateful for the opportunity they have given me by bringing me in.
“You can’t beat training with the lads again and I’ve really enjoyed it. I knew a few of the lads before I came in and I’ve settled in really well.”
In total, Emmanuel made 29 appearances for Town after coming through the academy, before leaving Portman Road to join Bolton in 2019.
He didn't play football for over a year due to a illness, which he revealed was a clot that initially stunted his speech. It meant he was unable to move the left side of his body.
