Ross Halls caught up with former Ipswich Town favourite Richard Naylor to discuss his time at Portman Road and what he's been up to since he left the Blues.
Naylor spent over a decade at Town after coming through the youth ranks, making over 300 appearances for the club and famously scored at Wembley in 2000 as the Blues won promotion to the Premier League.
