The Holland striker has been chased by Arsenal, Everton, West Ham and Tottenham.
Huntelaar, 26, had recently admitted he was considering a loan move as he looks for regular football ahead of this summer's World Cup after failing to make an impact since signing in the summer from Real Madrid.
But Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani believes the striker will come good soon.
He said: "I reiterate that Huntelaar will not be transferred. He needs to be calm and wait for the chances he gets.
"Milan will not sell him. I've said it for some time but no one seems to believe me."
