The Suffolk and Ipswich League season kicks off this weekend, with Achilles bidding to defend their Senior Division title.
The Salmet Close club won the league in style last season, finishing 15 points clear of runners-up Crane Sports, with a trememdous goal difference of plus 92.
It was the club’s first title since 2013/14, and they will be keen to repeat their success – though the rest of the league will be determined to close the gap this time around.
