Following our story, published on September 29, about the release of four players and assistant manager Barry Larkin by AFC Sudbury, we would like to make it clear that the club is not ‘cash-strapped’, and has made clear that it is in a robust financial position.
We are happy to do so, and apologise to the club for any concerns our story may have caused.
