Bostik North side, AFC Sudbury have launched a search for new first-team talent and will give budding players the chance to showcase their skills at a specially-arranged trial match.
The Yellows, relegated from the Bostik Premier last season, will host the game at the Wardale Williams Stadium on Thursday June 29, as they bid to bounce back with promotion at the first attempt.
The head of AFC Recruitment and Scouting Chris Bond has set up a trial game for the club’s first team.
Bond explained “The reason for the game is to give the many players who have enquired about trials an opportunity to showcase themselves in front of the first-team management and for us to potentially find a diamond to go alongside our new signings and hopefully others in the near future”.
