The Blues are unbeaten in seven matches but have drawn six of them. Following Tuesday night’s goalless home stalemate with Wolves, manager Mick McCarthy said his believes his team are still not clear of a Championship relegation battle. They are nine points clear of the drop zone with 10 games to play.

Barnsley have enjoyed a good first season back in the second-tier, but their top-six hopes faded following the January sales of key trio Conor Hourihane, James Bree and Sam Winnall. Paul Heckingbottom’s men are 11th in the table having won just one of their last eight.
