Archant is getting ready for the Office Olympics, are you?
Archant have begun their rigorous selection process to find the 12-strong team of athletes that will see them take gold at this years Office Olympics.
Bookies have identified Archant’s Lorna Willis as a hot favourite to take gold in the sack race while the synchronised swimming team is rumoured to be in fierce debate over the exclusion of East Anglian Daily Times Editor, Terry Hunt to make room for Oliver Williams who has demonstrated a surprising grace and a natural talent in the sport of synchronised swimming.
When asked why he chose this event he said “I know that synchronised swimming is perceived as a feminine sport, but I can assure you I am all man and it is a surprisingly physical sport to which my build is well suited”.
Competition for the throwing triathlon has been intense with no early clues as to who will make up the final trio, basketball however appears to be a two-man race between Digital Sales Specialist, Campaign Manager, Rob Spencer, and Head of Sport, Mark Heath.
Archant are due to publicly announce their team on 22nd November, 2011. Watch this space.
