Mildenhall 55 Stoke 37
JON Armstrong scored a maximum as Mildenhall easily overcome Stoke Potters 55-37 in the National Trophy at West Row.
Armstrong was in no mood to drop a point and he received good back-up from Stefan Nielsen, with all the Fen Tigers chipping in at one stage or another.
Although going behind in heat one, with Stoke’s Ben Reade leading Nielsen home, the Suffolk side hit straight back with a maximum in heat two and never looked back from that point on, the visitors winning just three races all afternoon.
Mildenhall: S Nielsen 12+1, A Baseby 3, J Bates 6, J Armstrong 14+1, D Halsey 9+1, L Rumsey 4, N Stoneman 7+2
