Italian ace Toni has been a key figure for Bayern since joining from Fiorentina in 2007.
The 32-year-old's future at the Allianz Arena appeared to be in doubt following the summer arrivals of Mario Gomez and Ivica Olic.
But Bayern insist they have not held talks with the Hammers about a potential switch.
Director of sport Christian Nerlinger said: “There is no bid regarding Toni. And we are not really considering his future.”
