NEEDHAM Market have another big date next Tuesday when they entertain Ipswich Town in the semi-finals of the LB Group Suffolk Premier Cup.

And victory will see Kevin Horlock return to Portman Road.

Horlock played for Town under Joe Royle and joined Ridgeons League Needham last summer as player and assistant manager.

First of all he will be looking to help guide Needham to the semi-finals of the FA Vase when they replay their quarter-final at Chalfont St Peter this Saturday.

Inspired by Gavin Williams, Ipswich Town beat Needham in the Premier Cup two seasons ago before going on to whip Leiston 8-0 in the final on their home ground.

Last season Lowestoft beat Town in the first round with Needham beating Leiston on penalties in the final.

With Ipswich Town having a Coca-Cola Championship match at Wolverhampton next Tuesday it will be mainly a young side that turns out at Bloomfields, with the winners taking on the victors of last night's scheduled semi-final between Lowestoft and AFC Sudbury at Woodbridge Town in the final.
