DANNY Bloomfield, the striker who made such a impressive impact at Milton Road during his time at the club between 2002 and 2004, has signed for Cambridge City until the end of the season.
DANNY Bloomfield, the striker who made such a impressive impact at Milton Road during his time at the club between 2002 and 2004, has signed for Cambridge City until the end of the season.
Danny scored freely for the club, netting 30 times in the 2003-04 season. The 26-year-old has also played for Histon and King's Lynn since his time at Milton Road.
He said: "I have fond memories of my previous spell at City and I am really glad to be back again."
Vice-Chair of the Board Terry Dunn added: "On behalf of the club I am delighted to welcome back Danny. He was a real fans' favourite and I am sure I speak for everyone when I say how pleased I am to see him back in City colours."
