Braintree Town are poised to sign highly-rated Watford youngster, Britt Assombalonga on a month-long youth loan tomorrow
The DR Congo-born forward, 19, recently hit 11 goals in just over two months for Ryman League side, Wealdstone, and has just extended his contract with the Hornets until 2013, with the club holding the option of a further year with the striker.
“They (Watford coaches) tell me to keep pushing on and do well so I try my best every time - which is what I am going to try and do now at Braintree,” said Assombalonga.
