Bury are relying on last season's squad, with trialist Matt Daniels the only new face at the club so far.
Wins against Chelmsford and Hadleigh have already been notched up as they prepare for the big one against Ipswich Town on Tuesday, August 4 at Ram Meadow (7.45pm).
The Suffolk side's British Gas League Midlands Division One campaign starts on August 15 with a trip to Atherstone.
