AFTER their heavy defeat at the hands of a strong Ipswich Town squad last week, Bury Town will again be without Steve Bugg and James Tatham, due to holiday commitments, for their attractive friendly with Blue Square Premier League newcomers Histon Town this evening at Ram Meadow, kick off 7.
AFTER their heavy defeat at the hands of a strong Ipswich Town squad last week, Bury Town will again be without Steve Bugg and James Tatham, due to holiday commitments, for their attractive friendly with Blue Square Premier League newcomers Histon Town this evening at Ram Meadow, kick off 7.45pm.
They will also be without Carl Murkin who has suffered a re-occurrence of his knee injury.
Manager Richard Wilkins was disappointed with the 6-1 scoreline against Ipswich, and felt that it did not fully reflect the performance of his young side.
He intends to start tonight with youngsters Ryan Foster and Ashley Sloots in what will a tough test against what is expected to be a strong Histon line-up.
