Carlton Park 5 Lowestoft II 0
Carlton Park dominated the game from the first whistle to comfortably beat Lowestoft II.
After constant pressure on the visitors defence, the first goal eventually came when a good ball from Georgie Coulson found Sarah Whatling, who finished with a clean strike.
Park quickly added a second with Denise Manning scoring from a penalty corner with a shot which was out of the keeper's reach.
She quickly added her second from another penalty corner when the initial shot was cleared but passed straight back to her. The second attempt found the back of the net.
In the second half, Park kept up the pressure with their defence pushing well up the pitch.
After a goal mouth scramble Emma Tuckwell finally pushed the ball over the line to claim her first goal of the season.
Park sealed the victory when a good cross into the 'D' was slotted over the line by the advancing Mel Rodwell.
