Park started the game very positively and took an early lead when Sarah Whatling's shot was saved but pounced on by Vicky Le Fanu who slotted home.
Whatling then added the second with a clinical shot into the corner of the goal.
Park couldn't quite find their usual rhythm and struggled at times to make their passes work. In the second half they played the better hockey and continued to add pressure on the visitors' defence.
Denise Manning then added her name to the score sheet when she tapped in a cross from the right. She quickly added her second when she lost her defender and her strike deflected in off the keeper.
Manning gained her hat trick when some good work by Wendy Corneby saw her slip the ball to an unmarked striker whose shot was unstoppable.
Park finished the scoring when Whatling's shot from an acute angle beat the keeper.
