Park didn't add to their score until the second half when a cleared shot found D Manning who slotted in under the keeper. V Le Fanu added the third after good positioning on the post and J Howe got the fourth when she pounced on a loose ball. S Whatling added her second with an inch perfect strike from a short corner and V Le Fanu added her second and Park's last with a well deflected shot from a short corner.

A bright early start on Saturday saw CP off to a great start, with CP putting pressure on the Lowestoft defence quickly. Within 15 minutes CP had converted three short corners.

CP continued to pass the ball well around midfield and continued the pressure by adding two more goals, giving a strong half time lead of 5-0.

After the break the Lowestoft team put pressure on the CP defence and despite good defensive work by Nikki, Jess, George and Rachael, Lowestoft found a gap and scored.

CP kept up their pressure, Tina (player of the match) distributed the ball and there were some good runs by, Holly, Marion and Claire up front.

Towards the end or the match CP had more chances and managed to convert two more short corners. The game finished 7-1 with good performances by the whole team. Goals scored by Rachael (3), Holly (2), Marion and George.
