Carlton Park returned to form in spectacular fashion with a seven goal thrashing of Felxistowe.
The hosts had looked decidedly lethargic in recent week, but came out all guns blazing at the weekend and opened the scoring when Roo Mackie slotted home inside the left post following a good cross from the right.
Park dominated the play and doubled their score when another good cross found Wendy Corneby who steered the ball into the back of the net.
In the second half Park kept up the pressure and scored their third when the ball came out to Denise Manning who lifted the ball into the goal.
Lynn Whittingstall scored the fourth when guiding in the rebound after Sarah Whatling's defelected shot had hit the bar.
Corneby then added her second before Manning completed her brace by again lifting the ball over the advancing keeper.
Whatling completed the scoring with an unstoppable shot into the corner of the goal.
