CARLTON Park II made amends for last week's disappointing result with this high scoring win over Felixstowe II.
The hosts started off strongly and quickly took the lead against a very young Felixstowe team who might have lacked experience but made up for it with enthusiasm.
By half time Carlton Park, playing some excellent passing moves, were 3-0 up. After the break they continued the pressure although Felixstowe did manage to test the defence who remained solid.
Carlton Park, although missing many chances on goal, converted five more goals to bring the final score to 8-0.
Goalscorers: Marion Walker (3), Tina Neill (3) and Ali Holley (2). Carlton Park's player of the match was Heather Owston who was tireless, giving 100 per cent during the game.
