CROYDON Athletic Football Club will continue to participate in the Premier Division of the Ryman Football League for the remainder of the 201/2011 season subject to certain conditions that the club have agreed to.

Friday’s Premier Division match scheduled will take place at Aveley, kick-off 7.45 p.m.

League chairman Alan Turvey said: “After two weeks of protracted discussions and from the detailed information provided by the owners, Croydon Athletic Football Club will resume playing. This will be good news for the supporters and those who have been with the club since its inception.

“The situation will, as with all other member clubs be closely monitored. The League is grateful to the Football Association Finance Regulatory Department for their assistance.”
