On a cold and wet day Park travelled to Ipswich hoping to repeat their performance of last week.
They started off brightly and were soon attacking the home side's defence. The breakthrough came from a short corner when Sarah Whatling's shot was inch perfect and out of reach of the keeper.
They quickly added a second from another short corner when the ball was passed back into the 'D' and Mel Rodwell's sweep was cheekily deflected in by Justine Howe.
They completed the first half scoring when Sarah Whatling slotted home her second goal.
In the second half Park carried on moving the ball well but were caught on the break and Castaways were able to pull a goal back.
This made Park more determined and they carried on putting pressure on their opponents defence.
Sarah Whatling completed her hat-trick from another short corner with a rocket of a shot which cannoned passed the keeper and into the net.
Denise Manning then added her name to the score sheet when a clearance by a defender was blocked and with Manning being only inches from the line it bounced back over the goal line.
Park's final goal came when Denise Manning turned her defender and her shot beat the keeper.
