ENGLAND Ladies’ cricket captain Charlotte Edwards was the guest of honour at the Marshall Hatchick Two Counties Championship end-of-season Presentation Dinner.
More than 100 members and sponsors attended the event at Hintlesham Golf Club on Saturday evening.
After the dinner Edwards gave a short talk about her love of cricket, how she got into playing, initially with boys then men’s cricket, and about her England career.
After fielding a number of questions from the audience, She then presented the trophies to the divisional winners.
All the winning clubs were represented with the exception of Mistley Ladies who won the inaugural Twenty20 competition.
