CLARE Town FC will be hosting their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 23rd June, 7.30pm at the new pavilion, Clare. After a successful season including winning the Border League knockout cup (attachment below if you want a photo?), the Horseheath Cup and being awarded with the Sportsmanship Award in the Halstead League the club is about to enter a new era. Both the 1st and Reserve Teams have successfully been entered into the Border League for the coming season.

This means Clare have entered the 'Pyramid System' to obtain Football League status. This is obviously a very long way off but shows the ambitions of the Club moving forward. The club are after new players for the coming season and an announcement will be made via the local press shortly of when training begins.

The club also welcomes applicants for the various posts within the club and new members/potential new players are welcome to attend the AGM on the 23rd June. If you need any more information please contact Tom Pilling on 07789 690014”.
