Clark wraps up Europro victory

GRAEME Clark, representing Special Steel Group, won the PGA Europro event at the Players Club near Bristol. He was 12 under par for three rounds of 69 65 and 70.

Two former winners at Ufford Park made the cut. Australian John Wade finished 30th equal at three over par (74 73 72) while John Morgan was 43rd equal (71 72 79).

Brett Taylor of Chelmsford came 49th with 73 74 and 77 level with Paul Maddy of Gog Magog.

Missing the cut is a costly business. Those who played only two rounds included: Lloyd Kennedy (Chelmsford) 73 76, Craig Butler (Royal Norwich) 75 75, Lawrence Dodd (Thetford) 79 74, Craig Housden (Channels) 81 77 and Andrew Pestell (Chelmsford) 79 79.
