Colchester United have been drawn at home to non-league Altrincham in the second round of the FA Cup.
The U’s reward for a first round victory at Wealdstone, by a commanding 6-2 score-line on Saturday, is a home tie to National League side Altringham.
Meanwhile, National League club Braintree Town, if they can win at League Two side Oxford United in a first round replay, following Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Cressing Road, will be at home to Forest Green Rovers, also of the National League.
The U’s reached the third round of the FA Cup last season, and they will be hoping to emulate that feat, if not eclipse it, this term.
All the second round ties will be played across the weekend of December 4-7.
