Danny Rowe, Ben Morris and Shane McLoughlin were the goalscorers as Ipswich Town’s under-23s defeated their Crystal Palace counterparts, 3-0, at Dulwich Hamlet, on Monday afternoon.

Rowe netted the final goal for an experienced Blues side, which featured Tommy Smith, Paul Digby, Luke Hyam and Teddy Bishop.

Morris gave the Blues the lead with a neat finish from an Andre Dozzell pass, before McLoughlin doubled the visitors’ lead, heading home from Rowe’s corner.

Gerard Nash’s team are now unbeaten in three games.
