LAKENHEATH, who thrashed Ransomes Sports 6-1 in the second round on Saturday, will meet another Kingsley Healthcare SIL side in the quarter-finals of the Suffolk Senior Cup when they face Coplestonians.
Lakenheath’s eye-catching victory will make them one of the favourites to lift the cup along with Whitton United, the only Ridgeons League side left in the competition, who will be at home to last season’s beaten finalists Capel Plough.
Quarter-final draw: Beccles Town v Achilles, Coplestonians v Lakenheath, Felixstowe United v Framlingham Town, Whitton Utd v Capel Plough.
Ties to be played on Saturday, January 8.
