LONG-SERVING Stonham Aspal official Eric Cousins is the new chairman of the Saul Charity Cup competition replacing George Whight who never stood for re-election at this year's annual meeting.

LONG-SERVING Stonham Aspal official Eric Cousins is the new chairman of the Saul Charity Cup competition replacing George Whight who never stood for re-election at this year's annual meeting. Alan Coleman, of BT Trimley, becomes vice-chairman.

Eight teams will compete this season with the draw being Melton St Audry's Res v Stonham Aspal Res, BT Trimley Res v Needham Market Res, Westerfield Utd Res v Taverners and Hadleigh Utd Res v Old Newton Utd. Matches to be played by March 31.
