TWO of the three local sides left in the FA Trophy will have home ties to look forward in the Second Qualifying Round next month.
Maldon & Tiptree will host Bedfont Town or Hastings United, while Bury Town will welcome Hythe Town. Lowestoft Town will travel to Hitchin Town. The winners of the ties, to be played on November 5, will claim �3,000.
Meanwhile, nine local sides will be in action in the Second Round of the FA Vase, to be played on November 19.
They are:-
Mildenhall Town v Sporting Bengal United; Felixstowe & Walton United v Bethnal Green United; Newport Pagnell Town v Stansted; Diss Town v Buckingham Town, Woodbridge Town or Witham Town v Team Bury, Royston Town v Thetford Town and Southend Manor v Whitton United.
Winners will receive �1,200.
