Felixstowe 0 Carlton Park 6

On a bitterly cold morning Park took a little time to get accustomed to the pitch but moved the ball well with players finding acres of space.

They broke the deadlock when a cleared ball was pounced on by Vicky Le Fanu who slotted home past the keeper.

They quickly doubled the score when some excellent work by Kirsty Marshall saw her push the ball into the 'D' for Denise Manning to hit first time and steer the shot into the corner of the goal.

Park kept up the pressure and some good saves by the home side's keeper kept the score unchanged going into the break.

In the second half Park dominated more of the play and soon added their third when the ball was dragged out from underneath the keeper and for Denise Manning to strike.

Park's fourth came from a penalty corner when Mel Rodwell hung on to the ball before slipping to Sarah Whatling who scored with a clean strike.

The fifth goal came when an excellent cross from Vicky Le Fanu found the unmarked Denise Manning who slotted past the keeper.

Park finished their scoring when Vicky Le Fanu drew the keeper out and slipped the ball to Sarah Whatling who scored with another excellent strike.
