Felixstowe Swimming Club finish second
Felixstowe Swimming Club travelled to Bungay on Saturday to compete in the final round of this year’s Winter League.
Competing against teams from Beccles, Hadleigh and Lowestoft, the team, pictured above, produced some fantastic swims.
More than 14 personal best times were achieved and nine first places gained in an exciting day of hard-fought swimming competition.
The senior boys medley relay team of Andrew Wills, James Casburn, Anton Auty and Dan Finegan provided great excitement for the travelling supporters in winning a close-fought Senior Medley Relay.
Wills and Finegan were joined later in the evening by Jack Beckett and Phil Gallagher to produce the most impressive swim of the event with a convincing win in the Senior Boys Freestyle Relay.
