MILDENHALL Fen Tigers have had to make two more signings ahead of the season opener against King's Lynn at the Norfolk Arena on Good Friday.

Due to continued work permit problems for Aussie Leigh Boujos, Director of Speedway John Bailey has acted to sign Garry Cottham and Dean Felton.

Cottham who rode for Rye House Cobras last season comes in on an average of 5.54 where as the experienced Felton who was at Sittingbourne in 2008 has an average of 5.26.

Bailey was keen to point out the club could have gone for a 7.5 rider and a three pointer but decided against this option as it keeps talented teenager Oliver Rayson at reserve which will allow him to come in for extra rides if and when needed and his still hopeful that Boujos will be over later in the season to give the team even more strength in depth.

Mildenhall 2009: David Mason (c) 8.62, Barrie Evans 8.52, Mark Thompson 7.00, Gary Cottham 5.54, Dean Felton 5.26, Oliver Rayson 4.43, Joe Jacobs 3.00.

Supporters are reminded of the Clubs Press Practice Day this coming Sunday. The gates will be open from 1.30pm to the public and all the team will be in attendance.

The Fenman Bar and the Speedway famous Fish and Chip Shop will be also open so that fans can enjoy their Sunday lunch with the Fen Tigers.

Please note entrance will only be admitted through the turnstiles not through the pit entrance.
