Football: Robert Fleck has been relieved of his duties as manager of Ridgeons League Premier Division side Diss Town following the recent run of poor results.

In thanking Robert for his efforts as manager for just over the past four years chairman Des Tebble said: “We had high hopes that under Robert's management that we would progress to a higher league. We had very high league finishes in his first two seasons with us. We had two very good Norfolk Senior Cup wins in his first three seasons as manager. We thank him for his efforts and wish him well for the future, but feel it is now time to look to someone else to take us forward.”
