Leiston have signed Adam Tann on a two-year deal.
The experienced defender ended last season on loan at Bury Town, from Blue Square South Chelmsford City, but has now linked up with the Blues.
He has played League football with Cambridge United, Orient and Notts County and was made captain of Chelmsford City before going out on loan.
